Your CRM shouldn’t need a translator. Ours doesn’t.

Most homebuilders don’t have a technology problem. They have a fit problem.

The CRM they are running was built for someone else – a generic sales team, a different industry, a different world. So, it gets configured. Then reconfigured. Workarounds get added. Integrations get bolted on. And somewhere along the way, the thing that was supposed to simplify the sales process becomes another system the team has to fight.

We built HomebuilderONE Sales because that cycle has gone on long enough.

Built for the way you actually sell

HomebuilderONE Sales is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform built specifically for new home sales. It’s not adapted from something generic or layered on top of a platform that doesn’t understand what a lot release, a design selection, or a contract addendum actually means in a homebuilder’s workflow.

It covers the full buyer journey: lead management, opportunity tracking, exterior options and design selections, contract execution, and handoff to purchasing. It runs natively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, connects seamlessly with Microsoft 365, and integrates with the systems homebuilders already rely on, without the bridge-building that usually comes with those promises.

And because it was designed for production homebuilding from day one, your team spends less time making the system fit and more time closing homes.

“We built our system in a way that, if time and money were no object, is what builders would configure a CRM to do; and then we made it the starting point, not the destination.”

What that looks like in practice

A top 15 U.S. production homebuilder running 17 divisions and closing more than 8,000+ homes a year had been on the same CRM for over 20 years. Upgrading it carried the same cost and risk as starting over. Their buyers were expecting more. Something had to give.

Rather than adapt a generic platform to fit their world, they partnered with sa.global to build HomebuilderONE Sales and Warranty from the ground up. It was co-developed alongside their own teams, shaped by real production homebuilding requirements, and integrated with the systems they already depended on. Their Charlotte division went live in April 2026, Nashville in June, and Chicago in July. Three divisions live. All 17 on the roadmap.

“Replacing a system we’d outgrown wasn’t just an IT decision, it was a strategic one. HomebuilderONE gives our teams the modern, connected platform they need to serve buyers better from the first conversation through to post-closing warranty.”

The standard the industry has been waiting for

A CRM shouldn’t feel like a compromise. It shouldn’t require your team to translate between the way they work and the way the software thinks. It shouldn’t get harder to upgrade the longer you’ve used it.

HomebuilderONE Sales is what happens when a CRM is built by people who understand production homebuilding; and proven by a builder who put it to work across one of the most complex rollouts in the industry. Want to see how HomebuilderONE Sales fits your operation?
